What A Standing Ovation Looks Like on Paper

Dear Lee and Tim, 

On this day and age, it is very difficult to find reliable people that one can trust when making the decision to sell or buy a property. However, you met and exceeded our expectations. 

From the first meeting, you set clear standards of what you will do to make sure our condo will be sold for the top price. You took the time to explain how the process will unfold and follow each step. It was really a complete marketing package. The professional photos taken, the layout of the website with detailed property information and the information leaflets for guests to see the condo were excellent. Unsurprisingly, it was only a matter of 3 days and the condo was sold. 

Part II: Find a new house. Truly an unforgettable experience as we were hunting homes in the same market during a global pandemic along with many families who also want to find a place to call home. We searched and saw houses non-stop. We stayed in lines quite a few times just to see how house looked on the inside. Yes, there were potholes along the way, but you never gave up. On the contrary, your persistence for moving forward gave us encouragement when the market became difficult. Until finally one day, the miraculous house happened. Even you loved the house. That's a lot to say for people like you who look at houses every day. 

In a total of 3 months we sold the apartment, looked at many houses, made several offers, signed many addendums, and even had to get 5 roof inspections. It was all worth it as we now sit in the dining room and enjoy the lake view. To others who want to consider working with you, we can only say that there is no better option, as you always give the best of you.
